Step 1: Select Tools > E-mail Accounts from Microsoft Outlook
Step 2: Select "Add a new e-mail account" from the Email Accounts wizard window, and click Next.
Step 3: Select "POP3" or "IMAP" for your server type and and click Next
Step 4:Enter your information as follows on the Internet E-mail Settings (POP3) window
Your name:xxx
email address: [email protected] (your complete email address, replace the domain.com with your domain)
Incoming mail server: mail.domain.com
Outgoing mail server : mail.domain.com
User Name:
Password:
Step 5:Click "More Settings"
Step 6:Select the "Outgoing Server" tab on the Internet E-mail Settings window
Step 7:Select "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication."
Step 8: Select the "Advanced" tab and change the Incoming server POP3 to 110" Outgoing server (SMTP)" port to 25
Step 9:Select OK
Step 10:Click Next
Step 11:Click Finish
