AltusHost supports PayPal subscription as a way of payment.
How to activate subscription?
- Click on "PayPal subscribe" button during invoice payment for service you desire to be paid in future automatically (via auto subscription)
- After that, as long service is Active money will be sent from your PayPal account to our account automatically.
How to cancel/deactivate PayPal subscription?
- PayPal subscription can be canceled only via PayPal panel. It cannot be canceled via our Client Portal.
- In PayPal account, once you log in, you should do the following:
Go to Settings.
Click Payments. Under "Preapproved payments",
click Manage preapproved payments.
Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel and click Cancel.
Click Cancel Profile to confirm your request.
