Most of the domain names with AltusHost can be set for Auto-renewal. This can be done via cp.altushost.com or by contacting AltusHost Sales department.
Keep in mind that in order to meet auto-renewal requirements, you must have an active Card added into account.
Only with an active (working) credit/debit card we can have auto-renewal executed.
If you have PayPal or any other payment processor as your default processing method, this function isn't technically possible to be executed and the domain name must be renewed manually.
