In general, we offer Migration assistance, free of charge.
However, there are a few exceptions. Please read further explanation down below and if you have any further questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact our Sales.
CPANEL TO CPANEL MIGRATION
- Initial cPanel to cPanel migration is totally free, no matter how many accounts you are migrating or what package you are purchasing.
- Any additional migration, later on, is free, as long it's a reasonable amount of migrations per month.
What is considered a "Reasonable" amount of migrations per month? Migration of up to 10 cPanel accounts per month is considered a reasonable amount. For any additional migrations, we reserve the right to charge 10 EUR per account. If you are planning to migrate a larger number of accounts each month or once in a while, please contact our Sales team for custom arrangements upfront.
NON-CPANEL MIGRATION
If you are migrating account from the non cPanel control panel, we reserve right to provide only best-effort support or charge you extra for migration.
Depending on the size of the account, typical migration fee from Non-cPanel account to cPanel is ~20 EUR per account. This must be agreed upfront with the Sales team to avoid any misunderstandings.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- Each migration can be requested only via ticket. We do not accept migration requests via chat or phone, due to the sensitivity of the matter.
- It's recommended to open a separate ticket for each account migration unless it's a case of bulk migration, where we have to assist you with the migration of more then 5 accounts.
