AltusHost Technical Support Team will help you with the migration of your data from the current provider to VPS with us.
Migration assistance is free of charge as long it is based on fair use.
In the case of the panel to panel migration, such as:
- cPanel to cPanel
- Plesk to cPanel
- DirectAdmin to cPanel
- and so on...
Migration can be done overall quickly and almost migration of all data can be migrated successfully.
In case of no panel migration or some "closed" panel migration, we will provide our best effort to assist you properly, however, there is a big chance that we won't be able to migrate everything.
Important notes:
- Please be aware that if our support team spends more than 2 working hours in time and efforts to migrate your data, a full - 14 days refund policy no longer applies to your services. Refund will be possible only in terms of justified technical problems on VPS itself.
- There are no hard time limits for migration assistance. It is based on fair use policy. In case our support team needs to spend much more time, then that is considered a fair and normal migration process, we will elaborate it to you and try to work out a fair deal for migration.
- Those migration terms apply only to Linux VPS, we are not performing migration of data for Windows VPS.
