Each Web Hosting account includes free data backup to an off-site location.
Backup is done 1x per day, every day, and the retention period of the backup copy is 30 days.
What does off-site backup mean?
- It means that backup of data isn't done locally but to a remote server, located in a different data center.
- For our Hosting Services in the Netherlands, the offsite backup location is the Sweden data center.
How to restore a backup?
- Backup can be easly restored via cPanel or by contacting our 24/7 Support for assistance with restore.
How much does it cost to restore a backup?
- Backup restore is free of charge.
