I had a card in my account, but it wasn't charged.

This may happen for a few reasons:

- The card is disabled for auto-charge because in the past, we've tried to charge it, and there weren't enough funds.
In case we fail to properly charge your card for 3 times, it will be blocked for auto-charge.
In order to enable this again, you have to contact the Billing department.

- The card has expired.
This is unlikely to happen, and our system will notify you, but it might be one of the options.

- Your service has been set to some other payment processor as default.
For example, if you paid service for 1st time via PayPal and now you added a card,
there is a big chance PayPal is set as the default payment method for that service.
