Yes, you can cancel your domain name before the expiration date.
It can be done in a couple of ways:
1. You can cancel via cp.altushost.com, under a specific domain, using the option "Cancel"
2. You can open a Billing ticket and ask our team to cancel the domain name on your behalf.
3. You can let the domain name expire.
Note: With this option, it is important to make sure the domain name doesn't have a set "auto-renew" option, as it will auto-renew if you have a credit card saved in our system.
Once the domain name is renewed, we are unable to cancel this transaction.
